Shipping Rates: Shipping rates for your orders are determined by the transportation company we use for delivery.
Standard shipping (2-3 days): If you want to save on shipping costs and can wait a little longer for your jewelry, our standard shipping is for you. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
Processing time: Most of our items have a processing time of 2 to 3 days. This is the time it takes us to prepare your beautiful jewelry for its journey to you.
We understand that the wait can be tough, but we assure you it's worth it! The custom-made nature of these items ensures that they are of the highest quality. And there is a ray of hope: There's a chance your items will arrive sooner than expected!

Returns and exchanges
WE ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept return or exchange requests from consumers within 14 days (14 days or less) of receiving your package.
Return items within 10 days of delivery.
Please keep the item and packaging in its original condition before returning it.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for shipping costs. The specific cost will depend on the shipping company you choose.
If due to the causes caused by us, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, and the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
The consumer will not be charged a restocking fee for the return of a product.
IF WE HAVE AUTHORIZED THE RETURN, PLEASE PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:

2. remember to send us a shipping label number.
3. we will authorize a refund/exchange once we have received the package and checked that it is in good condition.
